Share a design

Hand a design to someone else without exporting a file or giving them an account, a read-only link they can open straight from a chat message or a social post.

Before you start

You need to be signed in, with the design you want to share open in the editor. Anyone you share the link with can view it, no sign-in required on their side, so only share a link with people you actually want to see the design.

Step 1: Open the share menu

Click Paylaş (Share) in the top right of the editor. It opens a paged dropdown that is the single home for downloading, exporting, sharing, and printing your work.

Menu itemWhat it does
İndir (Download)Opens export settings, formats, resolution, transparency, quality
Yazdır (Print)Renders the current part and sends it to your printer
Proje dosyasını indirSaves the entire project as a lossless .cardcraft file
Bağlantıyı kopyalaCopies a read-only share link
Sosyal medyada paylaşShortcuts to share the link on a social platform
Mesajla gönderShortcuts to send the link by message

Press Esc or click outside the menu to close it without picking anything.

Click Bağlantıyı kopyala (Copy link). This copies a link to your clipboard that anyone can open to view the design read-only, nothing can be edited or saved from their side. You control sharing per design (private, unlisted, or public), turning sharing off invalidates a link you already sent out.

Step 3: Share it to a platform

Instead of pasting the link yourself, use one of the built-in shortcuts in the same menu:

  • Sosyal medyada paylaş (Share to social media): Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or Tümünü gör (See all) for LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and Reddit.
  • Mesajla gönder (Send by message): WhatsApp, E-posta (Email), Telegram, Messenger.

These tiles open that platform's own share dialog, pre-filled with the same read-only link, they are a shortcut to posting the link, not a separate publishing feature. Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok do not support a pre-filled web share, so those tiles just copy the link and open the platform's site for you to paste it yourself.

Step 4: Know what a guest sees

Anyone who opens the link lands on a read-only viewer with a bar offering Misafir devam et (Continue as guest) or Giriş yap (Sign in). If the link is invalid or sharing has been turned off, they see a clear message instead of a broken page.

Pass the link on, it works for anyone until you turn it offOpen it once sharing has been turned off

Step 5: Turn sharing off when you are done

Reopen the share menu and switch sharing back to private (or however your workspace surfaces that toggle) to invalidate a link you no longer want circulating. Anyone who still has the old link will see the "invalid or removed" message from step 4 instead of your design.

Step 6: Print instead, if that is what you need

If the goal is a physical handout rather than a digital link, use Yazdır (Print) in the same menu, it renders the current part and sends it straight to your printer without going through the export dialog first. For a file to send to a print shop instead of your own printer, use İndir and export a PDF, see PDF and PSD export.

Common tasks

GoalDo this
Send a design to someone without an accountCopy the read-only link, or use a message shortcut
Post a design publiclyUse a social share tile, or copy the link and paste it yourself
Let a collaborator keep editingSend the .cardcraft project file instead of a guest link
Stop an old link from workingReopen the share menu and turn sharing off

Tips

One link, every channel

Copying the link and using a social or message tile all point at the exact same read-only link, so revoking it (step 5) closes every copy at once, not just the one you copied manually.

Prefer the project file for a real handoff

A guest link is for viewing. If someone needs to actually keep editing the design themselves, download the Proje dosyasını indir (Download project file) option in the same menu instead, a lossless .cardcraft file they can import into their own workspace. See Project file and import.

Leave feedback with comments instead

If you want a collaborator to leave notes on specific parts of a design rather than just view it, pin a comment to the canvas before sharing, threads and replies live on the design itself.
