Account and profile
Your account settings cover who you are, how you sign in, and how to export or close your account. They live under Settings, in the Profil (Profile), Hesap (Account), and Tehlikeli bölge (Danger zone) sections of the left-hand list. The same list also holds Plan & Faturalama, Güvenlik (Security), Görünüm (Appearance), Bildirimler (Notifications), Entegrasyonlar, Topluluk, Depolama, and AI Ayarları, each covered on its own page.
Getting to your settings
Open Ayarlar (Settings) from the account menu (your avatar, top-right of the workspace), or from the sidebar. The account menu also holds quick links to your plan and, for staff, the admin console, plus Çıkış yap (sign out). Inside Settings, click a section in the left list to switch panes.
Quick overview
- Set your profile: a photo, your name, and how you appear publicly.
- Manage your login: email and password (in the Hesap section).
- Export your data, or close your account, from the danger zone (Tehlikeli bölge).
- For two-factor authentication, sessions, and your activity log, see Security and 2FA.
Profile
The Profil section holds your identity fields. The avatar uploads on its own the moment you pick a file; the text fields below it are saved together by the single Kaydet (Save) button at the bottom.
| Field | Detail |
|---|---|
| Avatar | PNG, JPEG, WEBP, or GIF, up to 4 MB. Choosing a file uploads it right away and updates your avatar everywhere as soon as it finishes. |
| Tam ad (Full name) | Plain text; this is the name shown around the app wherever your identity appears. |
| Sana nasıl hitap edeyim? (Nickname) | A preferred name that is stored on your public creator profile as its display name. |
| Hakkında (About) | A short bio, also stored on your public creator profile. |
Until you set an avatar, your initial (the first letter of your name, or your email if you have not set a name) shows in a circle instead. The Kaydet button reads as busy while the save is in flight, and the whole set (name, nickname, and about) is written in one action.
Nickname and About feed your public profile
The Sana nasıl hitap edeyim? and Hakkında fields save to your public community profile (as its display name and bio). They persist, but the nickname does not yet change how the rest of the app addresses you: outside your public profile, the app still uses your full name. Treat these two as public-profile fields, not app-wide preferences.
Uploads are all-or-nothing
A file over 4 MB, or in a format other than PNG, JPEG, WEBP, or GIF, is rejected before anything uploads, with an error message. Nothing changes until you pick a valid file, so a failed attempt never leaves you with a half-updated avatar.
The Hesap (Account) section handles the address and password you sign in with.
| Setting | Detail |
|---|---|
| E-posta | A read-only display of the address you sign in with. It never changes from this row directly. |
| E-posta değiştir (Change email) | Enter a new address and press Onay gönder to request confirmation. The confirmation link is sent to your current email, not the new one, so a compromised inbox at the new address cannot take over your account. The field checks the address looks like an email (something, an @, something, a dot, something) before it lets you send, and the send button stays disabled on an empty field. |
| Şifre (Password) | Şifre değiştir opens a dialog asking for your current password and a new one. The new password must be at least 8 characters, checked before the request is sent; the confirm button stays disabled until both fields have a value. Pressing Enter in either field submits the form. |
Changing your password signs out your other sessions
A successful password change immediately revokes every other active session. You stay signed in on the device you changed it from; you will need to sign in again anywhere else. See Sessions for the full list of what that affects.
A failed attempt tells you what to check
Both the email and password dialogs surface a plain error message on failure rather than failing silently, most often pointing at an incorrect current password so you know to retype it.
Your data
The Tehlikeli bölge (Danger zone) holds the two actions that affect your entire account rather than one setting.
| Action | Detail |
|---|---|
| Verilerini dışa aktar (Export your data) | Downloads a single JSON file: the full editable document for every design, your tags, your folders, and your asset metadata (filenames, sizes, and storage locations). The media files themselves are not embedded in the file, only their metadata; download individual files from the media library instead. |
| Hesabı sil (Delete your account) | Asks you to confirm once in the workspace, then emails you a link. Nothing is deleted until you click that link, so a mistaken click on delete does not destroy anything by itself. |
What the export includes:
| Included | Detail |
|---|---|
| Designs | The complete document for each design, the same data the editor works with, not just a thumbnail or summary |
| Tags | Every tag in your workspace |
| Folders | Every design folder |
| Asset metadata | Name, size, and storage location for each item in your media library |
Deleting is permanent
Once you confirm by email, your account and everything in it are removed and cannot be recovered. Export anything you want to keep first.
How to use it
Update your profile photo and name
- Open Ayarlar from the account menu (avatar, top-right), then the Profil section.
- Press Yükle (upload) next to the avatar and pick an image (PNG, JPEG, WEBP, or GIF, up to 4 MB). It uploads and applies on its own.
- Edit Tam ad, and optionally the nickname and about fields, then press Kaydet to save the text fields together.
Change the email you sign in with
- Open the Hesap section.
- Type the new address into E-posta değiştir and press Onay gönder.
- Open the confirmation link sent to your current inbox (not the new one) to complete the change.
Change your password
- In the Hesap section, press Şifre değiştir.
- Enter your current password and a new one of at least 8 characters, then confirm (or press Enter).
- You stay signed in here, but every other session is signed out; sign in again on your other devices.
Export before you delete
- Open Tehlikeli bölge.
- Press İndir under Verilerini dışa aktar to download your JSON archive.
- Only then press Hesabı sil; deletion completes only after you click the emailed link, so you still have a safe window even after starting.
Common tasks
- Set a public display name: fill Sana nasıl hitap edeyim? and Hakkında in Profil; they become your public profile's display name and bio.
- Recover from a lost avatar: re-upload any valid image; the fallback initial only shows while no avatar is set.
- Move to a new email safely: request the change, then approve it from your old inbox before that inbox is closed.
- Jump to your plan: use the account menu's plan link, or open the Plan & Faturalama section in Settings; see Billing.
- Sign out everywhere else: change your password; it revokes every other active session in one step.
Troubleshooting
- The avatar upload failed. The file must be PNG, JPEG, WEBP, or GIF and 4 MB or smaller. Anything else is rejected before uploading, and your current avatar stays untouched.
- The change-email button is disabled. The field must contain something that looks like an email address, and it cannot be empty. Fix the address and the button enables.
- Password change was refused. The new password must be at least 8 characters, and the current password must be correct; the error usually points at the current password being wrong.
- You approved an email change but nothing happened. The confirmation link is sent to your current address, not the new one. Check that inbox.
- You clicked Delete but the account is still there. Deletion only completes after you open the emailed link. Until then, nothing is removed, and you can still export.
- Your nickname is not showing up in the app. The nickname feeds your public profile's display name only; the rest of the app still greets you by your full name. Set the full name if you want that changed app-wide.
- The export did not include your media files. By design, the export carries only asset metadata (names, sizes, storage locations), not the file bytes. Download the files themselves from the media library.
Community
If you want to share designs or AI styles publicly, or set a public handle and profile, you opt in from your community settings, kept in the Topluluk section rather than the account settings on this page. See Community.
