Upgrading your plan

Choosing a paid plan takes you through a short, secure checkout, and afterward you manage everything about it, cancelling, changing your card, and invoices, from one place.

Quick overview

  1. Compare plans from Plan & Faturalama in your settings, or from the pricing page.
  2. Pick a plan and billing interval, and you are taken to a secure checkout.
  3. Your entitlements activate as soon as payment completes.
  4. Manage or cancel anytime from the secure subscription portal.

The Planım tab also shows your current tier, your plan entitlements (design limit, monthly AI credit allowance, and so on) with live usage, so you can see how close you are to a limit before you decide.

The checkout redirect

Choosing a plan opens the /subscribe screen before Stripe's own hosted checkout.

Payment

Payment itself happens on Stripe's hosted checkout page, so your card details are entered there, not inside the app.

The exact quotas and prices come from the plan table and are shown live under Planım; treat this table as the shape of the ladder, not the numbers.

Cancelling

Cancelling from the Abonelik & Ödeme tab keeps your plan active until the end of the period you already paid for. You pick a reason (and can add a comment), and the plan is set to end at the period boundary rather than a refund. Billing shows this as a clear "İptal tarihi" until then, and your plan reverts to the free tier (Topluluk) afterward. Changed your mind? İptali geri al resumes the subscription so it renews normally.

If you have no active subscription

Without a paid plan, the Abonelik & Ödeme tab shows your current free tier plainly, with a single Planları gör (see plans) button rather than subscription details, there is nothing yet to manage. Choosing a plan from there starts the same checkout flow described above.

How to use it

Compare plans and upgrade before you hit your current plan's limit

  1. Open Settings, then Plan & Faturalama, and stay on the Planım tab. Read Plan hakların to see your limits and how much of each you have used.
  2. Click Planı yükselt / değiştir. The pricing page opens.
  3. Pick the plan you want and a billing interval (monthly or yearly). You land on /subscribe, which shows the redirect spinner and then Stripe's hosted checkout. If you are signed out, you are sent to register or sign in and returned to the same plan.
  4. Complete payment on Stripe. You come back to Settings, a success confirmation appears once, and your new entitlements are already active.

Cancel, resume, or manage payment

  1. Open the Abonelik & Ödeme tab.
  2. To stop renewing, click Aboneliği iptal et, choose a reason chip, optionally add a comment, and confirm. This is not a refund: the plan stays active until the period end, then reverts to Topluluk.
  3. To keep it after all, click İptali geri al while the cancellation is still pending.
  4. For your card or invoice history, click Aboneliği Yönet to open the Stripe customer portal.

Check your renewal or cancellation date

  1. On the Planım tab, look for the renewal row: it reads Sonraki yenileme, İptal tarihi, or Hediye geçerliliği depending on state, and shows the date plus how many days are left.
  2. The status pill (Aktif, Deneme sürümü, Ödeme bekliyor, Dönem sonunda iptal) tells you where the subscription stands at a glance.

Common tasks

  • Switch to a different plan or interval: choose again from the pricing page (this starts a fresh checkout) or use the Stripe portal.
  • Update your card: Aboneliği Yönet opens the portal, where card and invoices live together.
  • Request a refund: on the Planım tab, the İade talebi action appears when you have an active Stripe subscription. See Billing.

Troubleshooting

  • My upgrade did not take effect right away. Entitlements switch on only after payment completes. The confirmation appears when you return to Settings; if the address bar still carries a checkout parameter, it clears once the confirmation shows. Reload the page if it lags.
  • My status says "Ödeme bekliyor". A charge failed. Open Aboneliği Yönet and update your card in the portal to bring the subscription current.
  • I backed out of checkout. Nothing is charged. You land back on the pricing page or can return with Planıma git.
  • Cancelling did not drop me to free immediately. That is by design. You keep the plan until the period you paid for ends, then revert to Topluluk. Use İptali geri al if you change your mind before then.
  • My plan shows "Hediye" with no manage buttons. That is an admin-granted plan with no Stripe record. Its quotas are active under Planım, and it reverts to the free tier at the validity date. There is nothing to manage in Stripe.

Tips

You are never charged mid-flow

If checkout fails or you back out, nothing is charged. You land back on the pricing page or your plan settings with a clear message.

One portal for everything payment-related

You never need to look for a separate invoicing tool: the same subscription portal handles your card and billing history, while cancel and resume live in the Abonelik & Ödeme tab.
