Community

You can share your work with the community, discover templates and styles from others, build your own public creator profile, and follow or connect with other creators. Nothing leaves your workspace until you explicitly share it.

The switches that govern sharing live in Settings, in the Topluluk (Community) section. Discovery and the templates gallery are their own pages: the public Keşfet (discover) page for creators, and Şablonlar (Templates) in the sidebar under Kitaplık.

Quick overview

  1. Accept the contribution agreement once, either ahead of time in settings (the Topluluk section) or the first time you share.
  2. Keep the account-wide sharing switch on, or turn it off to stop all future sharing.
  3. Share a design or AI style from the editor to submit it to the templates gallery.
  4. Discover other creators, follow or connect with them, and build your own public profile.

The contribution agreement

Before anything of yours can go public, you accept a contribution agreement. The Topluluk section in settings shows exactly where you stand:

StatusWhat you see
Approved (Onaylandı)The date you accepted, and which version of the agreement
Not approved yet (Onaylanmadı)A short explanation and an Sözleşmeyi onayla (Accept) button, so you can approve it ahead of your first share
A newer version existsA note that you previously accepted an older version, and that the agreement has since changed, with a prompt to accept again

The full terms text is available in a collapsible section, labeled with its own version number. If the workspace's admin has published a copyright and takedown (DMCA) notice, it appears underneath the agreement as well. Accepting is rate-limited to a small number of attempts per minute (five) to prevent abuse.

The sharing switch

Separately from the agreement, an account-wide switch, Toplulukla paylaşıma izin ver (allow community sharing), controls whether you can share at all. It defaults to on. Turning it off blocks new shares of designs and AI styles, and blocks pushing new versions to things you already shared, but it does not take down anything that is already public. The switch saves immediately and reverts itself with an error message if the save fails.

Two separate gates

Sharing needs both: the contribution agreement accepted at least once, and the account-wide switch left on. Either one being off stops new sharing, even though existing public shares stay live. Both gates are re-checked on the server at every share, so switching them off in settings genuinely blocks new submissions.

How a share becomes public

Whether your submission is published immediately or held for review is controlled by the workspace, not by you: your share dialog in the editor reads differently depending on that setting, either publishing right away (the button reads Paylaş) or explaining that it is waiting for approval (Onaya gönder). Either way, once it is public it enters the templates gallery.

Open Şablonlar from the sidebar (under Kitaplık). It is a gallery of system and community templates you can search, filter by format and category, and sort by newest (En yeni), popularity (Popüler), downloads (En çok indirilen), or likes (En çok beğenilen). It offers masonry, grid, and list layouts, a category rail, and numbered pagination, plus a saved view for templates you kept. Open any template to like it, save it for later, or use it as a new page in the editor without touching your current work. Your own submissions carry a status you can see on your profile: pending review, published, rejected, unlisted, or taken down by an admin, and a rejected or taken-down template can be appealed from the same card.

Creator profiles and discovery

The Keşfet (discover) page lets you search creators by name, handle, or profession, filter with profession chips, and browse a row of suggested creators to follow (Takip edebileceklerin). Every creator has a public profile at its own address, with a cover image, avatar, name, handle, optional bio, location, website, and social links, plus tabs for their featured work, full shared work, any services they offer, and an about section. A verified badge appears for verified creators, and an analytics tab is visible only to the profile's own owner.

VisibilityWho can see it
PublicShown in discovery and search, indexable by search engines
UnlistedReachable only if someone has the direct link; hidden from discovery and search engines
PrivateVisible only to you; anyone else gets a not-found page
ActionDetail
FollowA one-way follow with a follower/following count on the profile; reversible any time
ConnectA two-way request the other person accepts or declines, shown as pending until they respond, with a badge on your own connections button while requests are waiting
BlockRemoves any existing follow or connection between you and hides that creator from you; can be reversed later

What a profile is made of

TabContent
OverviewFeatured shared work plus a short about card
Shared workEvery template that creator has published
ServicesOptional listings the creator offers: a title, description, an optional price, a cover image, and a call to action that is either an inquiry form or a link out
AnalyticsViews, usage, and follower stats; visible only to the profile's own owner
AboutFull bio, location, website, and social links

On your own profile, an edit button and a connections dialog with pending requests replace the follow and connect buttons you would see on someone else's.

How to use it

Turn sharing on or off

  1. Open Settings and pick the Topluluk section.
  2. If the agreement is not yet approved, press Sözleşmeyi onayla (accept). You can read the full terms from the collapsible section first.
  3. Use the Toplulukla paylaşıma izin ver switch to allow or block new sharing. Off stops new submissions immediately but leaves anything already public online.

Submit a design or AI style

  1. Open the design (or AI style) you want to share in the editor.
  2. Use the editor's share action. The button reads Paylaş when the workspace publishes immediately, or Onaya gönder when submissions go through review first.
  3. Confirm; the submission lands in the templates gallery, either live or pending. Both community gates (agreement plus the sharing switch) must be satisfied or the editor blocks the share.

Discover and follow a creator

  1. Open the Keşfet page.
  2. Search by name, @handle, or profession, or tap a profession chip. Scan the Takip edebileceklerin row for suggestions.
  3. Open a creator's public profile and press Follow (or send a Connect request for a two-way link). You can reverse either later, or Block to hide the creator entirely.

Track or appeal one of your submissions

  1. Open your own profile (or the templates gallery's saved view for what you kept).
  2. Read the status on each of your submissions: pending review, published, rejected, unlisted, or taken down.
  3. If a template was rejected or taken down, use the appeal action on that card to contest it.

Common tasks

  • Pre-approve before your first share: accept the agreement in Settings, Topluluk, so the editor does not stop you mid-share later.
  • Pause all sharing temporarily: turn off the sharing switch; existing public work stays up, new shares are blocked until you switch it back on.
  • Keep a template for later: open it in the gallery and save it; it appears in the gallery's saved view.
  • Share your profile without going public: set your profile visibility to unlisted so only people with the direct link can reach it.
  • Answer a connection request: open the connections dialog on your own profile; incoming requests show as pending there, and a badge on the connections button flags when any are waiting.
  • Reuse a template safely: open it and choose to use it; it comes in as a new page in the editor, leaving your current work untouched.

Troubleshooting

  • The editor won't let you share. Both gates must pass: the contribution agreement accepted at least once, and the account-wide sharing switch on. Check the Topluluk section in Settings for either being off.
  • Your share says it is waiting for approval. The workspace is in review mode (set by an admin), so submissions are held until approved rather than published instantly. The button reads Onaya gönder in that case.
  • The accept button stopped responding. Accepting is rate-limited to five attempts per minute. Wait a moment and try once more.
  • The sharing switch flipped back after you toggled it. The switch saves immediately and reverts with an error toast if the save failed. Retry, and check your connection.
  • A public share stayed live after you turned sharing off. That is expected: the switch only blocks new shares and new versions; it never takes down what is already public. Remove or unlist it from its template card instead.
  • You cannot find a creator you expected in discovery. Unlisted and private profiles do not appear in the Keşfet page or search; only public profiles are listed.
  • A creator vanished from your view. If you blocked someone, they are hidden from you and any follow or connection between you is removed. Unblock them to restore visibility.
  • Your analytics tab is missing on someone else's profile. The analytics tab is only visible to the profile's own owner; you see it on your own profile, not on others.

States

StateWhat you see
Agreement status loadingA placeholder block while your consent status loads
Agreement status failed to loadA short error message with a retry button
No templates match a search or filterA message tuned to why, distinct from having nothing saved versus nothing published at all
No shared work on a profileAn empty state, worded differently for your own profile versus someone else's

Tips

Sharing is still an explicit choice

Turning the account-wide switch on does not publish anything by itself: you still choose which specific design or AI style to share, from inside the editor.

Unlisted is the middle ground

If you want to send someone a link to your profile without appearing in public discovery, set its visibility to unlisted instead of public.
