Media preview and stock

Preview any asset in detail, edit it without leaving the library, and pull in free stock media from providers you connect with your own keys.

Quick overview

  1. Open an asset to see it large in the preview lightbox.
  2. Read its details, and edit its tags, brand, folder, or crop right there.
  3. Step to the next or previous item with the arrows, or Left / Right.
  4. Or open the stock tab to search and save free media into your library.

The preview lightbox

Opening a card shows the asset large on the left, with details and actions on the right. Images and video fill the stage; audio shows a waveform player you can scrub. Double-click the name at the top to rename in place.

Tags, brand, and folder

Tags, brand, and folder can all change without leaving the lightbox: click a tag to remove it, or the add-tag button for a dropdown of the rest. The actions menu has a "move to folder" and an "assign to brand" submenu, each listing the eligible targets plus an option to clear the current one.

EXIF and colors

For images, a color palette of up to 6 dominant swatches is pulled from the file the first time it loads; click a swatch to copy its hex code. If the file carries EXIF metadata, a second panel lists whichever of camera and model, lens, capture date, ISO, aperture, exposure time, focal length, and GPS coordinates are actually present. Fields the file doesn't have are simply omitted.

Download, Favorite, and Share sit as direct controls; Move, Assign to brand, Crop/Rotate, Replace, Rename, and Delete live under the actions (three-dots) menu.

Step through your library

The lightbox remembers the list you opened it from. Use the arrows at the edges of the stage, or Left / Right on your keyboard, to move to the next or previous item without closing it.

Crop and rotate

Choosing Crop / Rotate on an image swaps the stage for a quick editor, with no round-trip to a project.

ControlWhat it does
Drag on the imageMarks a crop rectangle; a drag smaller than about 2% of the image is discarded
Rotate left / rightRotates in 90-degree steps
Flip horizontal / verticalMirrors the image
Reset cropClears the current crop rectangle
ApplyBakes the crop, rotation, and flips into one image and saves it

Cropping only works while rotation is at 0 degrees and no flip is active; reset those first if you rotated or flipped before deciding to crop. Apply is disabled until you've actually changed something, and it overwrites the asset in place: the file keeps the same address, so every design that already uses it picks up the edit automatically. A hint line under the toolbar reminds you of this. Cancel discards the changes and returns to the normal lightbox.

Stock media

Search built-in stock without leaving the library, from the Stok ara (Stock search) tab next to your library.

ProviderMedia
UnsplashImages
Pexels, PixabayImages and video
Freesound, JamendoAudio

Picking a media type (Foto / Video / Müzik) drives which providers show, so Unsplash appears for images but not video. Stock search uses your own provider keys, which you add in Storage and integrations, so results and usage stay tied to your own accounts. Photo and video results show as a masonry grid; click one to preview it large before saving (video plays with controls and a poster frame). Audio results show as a list with an inline play button that queues into the mini player; audio has no separate large preview.

Filters

FilterApplies toOptions
OrientationImage, videoAll, Landscape, Portrait, Square
GenreAudioAll, Cinematic, Lo-fi, Corporate, Upbeat, Ambient, Electronic, Acoustic

Switching media type, provider, orientation, or genre re-runs the search automatically. Results load in pages; more load automatically as you scroll near the bottom. The genre buttons work by folding a keyword into the search text. The orientation filter is hidden where a provider can't honor it: Pixabay has no square orientation, and Pixabay video has no orientation option at all, so it drops off rather than showing a control that would do nothing.

The mini player

Audio previews (from the library or from stock) play through one global mini player, a small draggable card that keeps playing while you browse other pages. It has play/pause, previous/next across the current result list, a seek bar, a volume slider, a playback-speed selector (0.5x to 2x), and minimize and close buttons.

Saving a result

Click Galeriye ekle (Add to library) on any result to save it. Once saved, that result switches to a disabled Eklendi (Added) state, so you don't accidentally save the same item twice in one session. Saved stock routes exactly like an upload: to your local folder if one is set to always-store, to the cloud otherwise, spilling to a local folder if the cloud is full. If a provider key isn't configured, or you've searched too many times in a short window, the error shows inline instead of an empty grid.

Check the license

Each stock provider has its own license terms. Confirm you can use an asset the way you intend, especially for commercial work.

How to use it

Preview a stock video, check its license, then save it

  1. In the media library, switch to the Stok ara tab, then pick the Video type facet.
  2. Choose a provider that carries video (Pexels or Pixabay; Unsplash is images only), optionally set orientation, type a search term, and press Enter or Ara (Search).
  3. Click a result to open the large preview. The video plays with controls, and the bar underneath shows the provider name and the clip's dimensions.
  4. Confirm you're allowed to use it the way you intend under that provider's license before committing (commercial use especially).
  5. Click Galeriye ekle (Add to library). It saves into your library, the button flips to Eklendi, and you can now drop it into any project.

Crop and straighten an image without opening a project

  1. Open the image in the lightbox, open the actions (three-dots) menu, and choose Kırp / Döndür (Crop / Rotate).
  2. To crop, drag a rectangle on the image (a tiny drag under about 2% is ignored). To rotate or flip instead, use the toolbar; note that crop is only available while rotation is 0 and no flip is set, so reset those first if you combined them.
  3. Click Uygula (Apply). The result overwrites the file in place, so every design already using it updates automatically. Vazgeç (Cancel) throws the edit away.

Swap a file everywhere it's used

  1. Open the asset in the lightbox and check the Usage row to see how many designs rely on it.
  2. Open the actions menu, choose Değiştir (Replace), and pick a new file of the same kind.
  3. Because the address stays the same, every design that referenced the old file now shows the new one, no re-linking needed.

Pull a brand color straight out of a photo

  1. Open an image in the lightbox and find the Renkler (Colors) swatches, up to six dominant colors from the file.
  2. Click a swatch to copy its hex code to your clipboard, ready to paste into a brand palette or the editor.

Troubleshooting

  • "unsplash anahtarı ayarlı değil" (provider key not set). Stock search uses your own keys. Add the named provider's key in Storage and integrations, then search again.
  • Stock search stops with a rate-limit message. You searched too many times in a short window. Wait for the retry time shown, then continue.
  • The Crop / Rotate editor won't let me draw a crop. Cropping is only allowed with rotation at 0 and no flip. Use Kırpma için döndürme/çevirmeyi sıfırla guidance: reset rotation and flips first, then drag your crop.
  • Apply is greyed out. Nothing has changed yet. Draw a crop, rotate, or flip, and Apply becomes available.
  • My tiny crop didn't stick. A crop drag smaller than about 2% of the image is discarded as an accidental click. Draw a larger region.
  • A stock audio result has no large preview. Only photos and video open a large preview. Audio plays inline through the mini player instead.
  • I can't re-add a stock item. Once saved this session it shows Eklendi and is disabled to prevent duplicates. It's already in your library.
  • The square orientation option is missing for Pixabay. Pixabay has no square orientation, and its video search has no orientation option at all, so those controls are hidden rather than shown as dead filters.
  • A cropped SVG came out as a PNG. The in-place editor writes back in the original image format, except SVG, which is baked to PNG on apply.
