Notifications
The app raises a notification whenever something you care about happens: a share, a finished export, a security event, or product news you have opted into. You can skim the latest ones from the topbar, or open the full history for everything.
Quick overview
- Click the bell in the topbar for a quick preview of your latest notifications.
- Open Tümünü gör (see all) to reach the full notifications page.
- Switch between All and Unread, and mark items read, unread, or delete them.
- Choose which categories notify you in Appearance and notifications.
Detailed reference
The topbar bell
| Element | What it does |
|---|---|
| Unread badge | A count on the bell icon, shown as "9+" once you pass nine |
| All / Unread tabs | Filter the preview list without leaving the dropdown |
| Mark all read | "Tümünü okundu" clears every unread item and the badge in one click |
| Tümünü gör | Closes the preview and opens the full notifications page |
Clicking a notification in the preview marks it read and, if it links somewhere, takes you straight there, such as a shared design or a finished download. Per-row actions (mark read/unread, delete) appear when you hover a row.
The full notifications page
| Element | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tabs | Tümü (All), or Okunmamış (Unread) with a live count |
| Row | A title, an optional detail line, and a relative time such as "3 hours ago" |
| Per-row actions | Toggle read or unread (bell / check icon), or delete (X) the item |
| Tümünü okundu | Appears whenever you have unread items |
| Daha fazla yükle | Fetches your history 50 items at a time, on the All tab only |
What you can be notified about
| Category | Detail | Toggle |
|---|---|---|
| Yorumlar (Comments) | Someone comments on your work | On by default |
| Paylaşımlar (Shares) | Something is shared with you | On by default |
| Export bitti (Export complete) | A long-running export finishes | On by default |
| Ürün haberleri (Product news) | New features and tips | Off by default |
| Security and trash | New-device sign-ins and trash cleanup notices | Always on |
The four toggles live in the Bildirimler (Notifications) section of Settings, also described under Appearance and notifications. Behind the scenes the app also posts notices for events like a template being approved or rejected, a service inquiry, a new follower, or a connection request; security and trash notices cannot be disabled.
Real-time delivery
New notifications stream in live while a tab is open (over a server-sent-events stream), so the badge count and preview list update on their own, without a manual refresh. If the connection drops, such as your laptop going to sleep, your browser reconnects on its own the next time the tab is active, and the dropdown also refetches each time you reopen it.
Empty and loading states
| State | What you see |
|---|---|
| Loading | "Yükleniyor…" while your history is fetched |
| No notifications | "Henüz bildirim yok" (nothing yet) |
| No unread items | "Okunmamış bildirim yok" while on the Unread tab |
Reading, unreading, and deleting
Marking an item read or unread updates the unread badge immediately, in both the topbar preview and the full page, so the two stay in sync. Deleting a notification removes it from your history for good; it does not undo whatever the notification was about, such as a share or a completed export.
How to use it
Catch up on everything since yesterday and clear your unread count
- Click the bell in the topbar. The dropdown opens on the Tümü tab, with unread rows carrying a filled dot.
- Click Okunmamış to narrow the list to only what you have not seen.
- Click any row to open it. That marks it read, and if the notice links somewhere (a shared design, a finished export) you land there directly.
- To wipe the rest in one go, click Tümünü okundu at the top of the dropdown. The badge disappears.
- For the whole history, click Tümünü gör at the bottom to open the full page.
Bookmark a notification to handle later
- On the full page, find the item and click its Okunmadı işaretle action (the bell icon) to flip it back to unread. In the dropdown, hover the row first to reveal the action.
- The unread badge ticks up by one. Marking unread is just a bookmark: it does not resend the notice or redo the underlying event.
Remove notices you no longer need
- Hover the row and click the Sil action (the X icon).
- The item leaves your history permanently. If it was unread, the badge drops by one. Deleting the notice does not reverse the event it referred to.
Turn off a category that is too noisy
- Open Settings, then the Bildirimler section.
- Toggle off Yorumlar, Paylaşımlar, Export bitti, or Ürün haberleri as needed. Changes save on the spot.
- Security and trash notices stay on regardless.
Common tasks
- Open the full history directly by navigating to
/notifications. - Load older history: on the full page Tümü tab, click Daha fazla yükle to pull the next 50 items.
- See only unseen items on the full page by clicking Okunmamış (n); the count in the label is your live unread total.
- Clear the badge from anywhere: the Tümünü okundu button in either the dropdown or the full page marks everything read server-side.
- Get the complete history: the topbar preview shows only your most recent notifications, so use Tümünü gör (or open
/notifications) for the full, paginated list.
Troubleshooting
- The badge still shows a number after I read the visible ones. The badge is your total unread count on the server, which can exceed the first page shown. Use Tümünü okundu to clear all at once, or open Tümünü gör and load more.
- Clicking a notification does nothing. Only notices that carry a link navigate somewhere. Informational ones (for example a trash cleanup summary) just mark themselves read when opened.
- The Unread tab on the full page looks empty, but the badge shows a number. The Unread tab filters only the items already loaded on the page. Unread notices older than the first batch appear once you switch back to Tümü and click Daha fazla yükle, or just use Tümünü okundu to clear the count in one step.
- Live updates stopped. The stream reconnects automatically when the tab becomes active again; reopening the dropdown or reloading the page also refetches the current list and count.
- I deleted a "shared with you" notice but still have access to the design. Deleting a notification only removes the log entry. It never undoes the share, export, or event behind it.
- I turned a category off but still get some notices. Security and trash notifications are always on and are not covered by the four category toggles.
Tips
Deep links do the work
Opening a notification marks it read and jumps you straight to what it is about, so you rarely need to hunt for the thing it refers to.
Unread is a filter, not a queue
Marking something unread again is a normal way to bookmark it for later, it does not undo anything or resend it.
